File Submission
We welcome customers own files to print. We can accept all major applications on the Macintosh platform and most professional applications on the Windows platform are acceptable. However applications such as Word and Powerpoint, which are not designed for high end reprographics may be more suitable for our digital printing process.

A Few Guidelines
Most design professionals will be aware of the complexities of submitting files for print. Here are a few guidlines:
• if your application supports it, use the collect for output facility.
• We love PDF's, if you are able please use press settings, and check each separation plate. - If not don't worry!
• Convert your fonts to outlines if your application allows it.
• Double check things like overprints, traps and knockouts, again if not - don't worry.

Preparing for Digital Print
Basically, if you prepare your digital files exactly the same way as you would for process litho, then you can't go far wrong. Although it's true that with digital you can 'get away' with things like RGB images and spot colours in your document, do it right and you'll be delighted with the results. One again, if in doubt please ask!
